The new Covid-19 regulations in Ontario will be effective Thursday, January 14th. Canadian Home Healthcare is still here to serve you. We recommend that our customers use our telehealth, online, and curbside services to help keep you and our employees safe.
We offer various methods of how you can receive your products and services. We continue to provide curbside service at all locations, online purchasing, telehealth services - virtual care appointments, education sessions, equipment instructions, and home delivery services for oxygen and medical equipment. Please call ahead if you still require an in-person appointment.
Telehealth Services – Virtual Care
The same support, assistance, and guidance you are used to receiving at our in-person appointments can be provided virtually. Utilizing virtual technology, we can deliver secure CPAP healthcare appointments conducted by our sleep health professionals, which include: Remote set-up of CPAP equipment instructions, educational CPAP therapy sessions, equipment cleaning, equipment troubleshooting, continuous care, and support.
Booking an appointment is easy; call any of our offices. One of our Customer Care Representatives will gladly assist you and provide complete instructions on how to use the system.
Online Purchasing & Direct Shipping
We offer a wide variety of CPAP and Oxygen products on our online store that can be directly shipped to your home or preferred destination. Visit canadianhomehealthcare.ca.

Curbside Pickup
Curbside pickup is available at all locations; call your local office to place your order, and we will arrange a time and date for pick up during operational hours (Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm).
Home Delivery for Medical Oxygen and Equipment
Our oxygen delivery services remain continuous and uninterrupted.
If you or a household member has screened positive for COVID-19 or has come in contact with someone who has tested positive, please notify our staff prior to a home oxygen delivery. CHH employees are trained in proper infection control procedures and use the necessary personal protective equipment to make a safe delivery to your home.
Here’s what we are doing to keep you safe during your visit.
Locking our office doors during business hours to prevent unscheduled visitors. Please follow any instructions posted on the clinic door.
COVID-19 Pre-screening of all clients before accepting in-person appointments.
Checking temperatures of all clients upon arrival for their scheduled appointment utilizing a non-contact forehead infrared thermometer.
Checking temperatures daily of all team members upon arrival and departure.
Limiting the number of clients allowed in the clinic.
Requiring clients to wear a mask before entering the clinic. If you do not bring a mask, CHH will provide a surgical mask at the clinic entrance for you.
Utilizing hand sanitization stations and strict hand sanitization protocol. When you arrive, we request you clean your hands using the hand sanitizer provided.
Requesting that you follow the physical distancing signage and remain two meters/six feet apart from other clients and our team members.
Limiting visits to the client and a caregiver or translator.
Asking clients to wait in their car or outside the clinic doors until their scheduled appointment time.
Employing stringent cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitization protocols for frequently touched surfaces.
Donning personal protective equipment (PPE). Staff will wear: Surgical mask, face shield, and gloves.
Fogging the clinics nightly using medical-grade disinfectant.
Employing plexiglass barriers at each work station.
